SENA 2023: Join GSA at Seafood Expo North America
The beginning of a new year marks the start of another trade show season for the seafood industry! The Global Seafood Alliance is looking forward to connecting with the GSA community at the 2023 edition of Seafood Expo North America (SENA), the continent’s largest seafood trade show, with a number of activities planned for the three-day event.
SENA returns to the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC) in Boston, Massachusetts, USA, from March 12 to 14, 2023. Thousands of buyers and suppliers from around the world attend the annual exposition to network and do business while exhibiting suppliers offer the newest seafood products, equipment, and services. GSA is exhibiting in booth No. 481, same as in previous years. Please feel free to stop by throughout the show to catch up with GSA team members – we look forward to connecting with seafood buyers, sellers and GSA members alike!
Best Aquaculture Practices materials, including standing signs and toothpicks, will be available for pick up at the GSA booth for BAP-certified exhibitors. Materials are first come, first served. BAP-certified exhibitors may request BAP trade show materials here.
The Global Seafood Alliance also invites all SENA attendees to join the annual GSA Stakeholder Update on Monday, March 13, in Room 205C of the BCEC from 4 to 6 p.m. The meeting will start with a short presentation followed by a cocktail hour for networking. Among the topics to be addressed are: GSA membership; GSA products, including the Responsible Seafood Summit, the Advocate and the Aquademia podcast; updates to the Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP) certification program; and updates to the Best Seafood Practices (BSP) certification program. Register here for the GSA Stakeholder Update.
GSA is also participating in the #SENA23 conference program, which features more than 30 educational sessions presented by top seafood industry experts. GSA CEO Brian Perkins is a conference speaker in a panel discussion on March 12, “Enabling Certification for Small Scale Producers.” We hope to see you at #SENA23!
