Japanese food and beverage conglomerate S. Ishimitsu & Co. Ltd. has committed to sourcing seafood from Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP)-certified farms and processing plants, the Global Aquaculture Alliance (now the Global Seafood Alliance) announced in mid-August.
