ALDI’s Moritz Konz Joins GSA’s Board of Directors
Global Seafood Alliance (GSA) is pleased to announce that Moritz Konz, Sustainability Manager Fish and Seafood at the ALDI SOUTH Group, has joined its Board of Directors. Konz brings a wealth of experience in responsible seafood sourcing and supply chain management to the organization, further strengthening GSA’s mission to advance responsible seafood practices worldwide.

Konz has worked in seafood for a decade and oversees responsible sourcing for fresh, frozen, chilled and canned seafood across eleven ALDI markets. His role spans certification, supply chain management, human rights and sustainability, ensuring that complex global supply chains meet high standards. Through his leadership, the ALDI SOUTH Group has advanced its commitments to responsible sourcing and transparency, helping to make certified seafood accessible to consumers across the globe.
